We are a small pre-launch team. Your message is read by someone building the product, not by a routing system.
We aim to reply within two working days. If your question needs a proper answer rather than a quick one, it may take a little longer, and we would rather take the time.
Most first questions are already answered.
Before you write, the product pages will probably save you a round trip. They say what Carbonex is designed to do, what the evidence model is, what the full ESG scope covers, and what we mean — and do not mean — by mapping to a reporting framework.
They also say plainly what has not been built. That is deliberate: a page that only listed what works would make this a longer conversation, not a shorter one.
